Juneberry Trailblazers Enrollment

This is a homeschool enrichment program for students ages 10-15. Students will study and apply science curriculum. The enrollment form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. If you are registering more than one student, please complete a form for each child and mark the payment option for us to invoice with the sibling discount.
When you submit this form, it will not automatically collect your details like name and email address unless you provide it yourself.
